Cleaning
I simply use a glass cleaner for the windows, and wipe the center console wood with an eyeglass cloth.
If you want a few more tips, check out the Automotive Care and Detailing Forum.
Use Search as well, as a lot of people have had the same concerns.
I'll be moving this to the appropriate Forum in a little bit. Good luck!

Make sure you use glass cleaner that is safe for tint if you have tint!

Stoner's Invisible Glass or Meguiar's NXT Glass Cleaner. I've used Stoner's Invisible Glass on tinted windows and they work fine for me. Their sold at many auto parts stores and even Sam's Club has a pack of 4 for $10. Use in conjunction with a microfiber towel and it'll be clean and great.
