whats up everyone,
i just waxed my car and thought i would let you know my opinion. i bought the zaino wax supplies and it is easily the best wax on the market. it looks better then when i got it from the dealer! i spent about 7 hours total after washing, vacuming, leather protecting with meguirs, vinyl protecting, putting a coat of Z-1, then a coat of Z-5 and finally ending with a coat of Z-3 (my car is black only non clear coated color for lexus). the car looks really good especially after adding the black magic to the tires. if anyone is looking for good cleaning products i would really recommend Zaino.

Take pictures! We need to see this glossy marvel!

After 7 hours, it SHOULD look great. Well done.

i have used the pinnacle wax on my friends car and i gurantee you that it is the best, considering it is $69 for a 8 oz can. I talked with a car nut and he said that quite a bit of guys use it in the Concour De Elegance in Pebble Beach. If you got the money, you should try it, on black, it gives the deepest shine. Trust me, people use this to win competitions.

have to try that pinnacle wax. anyway i'm happy with what i got out of the zaino the z-1 and z-2 (or z-3 for black) is 10 a bottle and the z-5 is 18 a bottle. i would try them if you wanna put the time in its well worth it.

Here's a pic of my car after about 8 hours of work with a combination of Meguires and Zaino products. IME, Meguire's gold wax actually lasts longer. Then the Zaino products on top of it really brings out the color and the shine. I think the results speak for themselves. Look at that shine on the sides - you can almost make out the red RX7 details in the reflection. And the finish is as smooth as glass!

is that 1) when it is on its own, 2) when it is under zaino?
zaino supposedly has little use if put on top of wax, but i have no experience there.

i like the 16-wheeler.
