I need to know howe to clean my engine and all that good stuff under the hood because it is dusty and what can I put on it to make it look all new and shiny? Just like the outside and inside. Does it matter where I get water and soap or what? I have never done this before so I'm confused. Please help.

 

I have 2 questions for ya'll. This is for a 94 ES 300. #1 How do I properly clean the engine compartment witout messing things up? And how/ where do I spray protectant to make it all shny and new again? #2 What the hell is that red button type thing located in the center of the dash against the winshield? Does it do anything or what? LIke I said, I'm stupid.
