Default Melting dash and doors TSIB

Hello everyone, someone said that Lexus had officially released a TSIB for the melting dash/door problem. Does anyone have it? I have searched the forum and couldn't find it anywhere. PLEASE HELP

i think think they did it only happens after alot of age which is considered to just be the wear of that crappy material.

The tsb only covers if you still have warranty.

Thanks for the information guys! Does anyone know what is the TSIB number for it though? I'm so dissapointed by this. Even though my car is a 2006, it only has 9,300 miles and it is inside my garage 99% of the time.

In my case, the dash and doors are fine as long as they're not exposed to the sun. When exposed to the sun, they get all sticky and they look like I emptied a full bottle of Armor All on them. I always used a slightly wet microfiber towel to wipe them, and have never applied any other products to them.

i am on extended warranty, i want the TSIB also if someone has it, do you know what level of melt/wear it has to be at to qualify?

dang 9,300 miles thats insane... Ive never even heard of this TSIB..

My door panels are very lose and you can hear cracking noises when you push your arm against it.
I wonder if extended warranty covers the whole door panel

i have replaced two shift *****. The first one the chrome started to peel. later it was replaced by a fsport shift ****. the carbon fiber on the fsport is starting to lift.

Only covered if still under 48mo 50000mi warranty... so does that mean only '08's?

Thanks a lot for posting.

It's unfortunate that this issue doesn't present itself in most cases for a long time - in most cases I've seen on CL, after the 4 year/50k warranty is up.
