Where in SoCal are you located? Do we need to drill new holes in the bumper for this?
Im in the Temecula area. You can drill holes on your bumper if you'd like. It mounts on the stock locations and has extra bolts to secure it more if you'd like. I just used stock location and never had an issue.

Decided to go a different route so up for sale is a slightly used Skipper Front lip. Its in great condition. I Plasti Dipped the lip in Matt Black so its not permanent. Everything needed for installation will be included, only thing missing is the Skipper Decal that flew off due to not prepping the area correctly.
