If nothing else comes through, check car-part.com for nationwide (mostly) junkyard inventories.

If by chance it’s just the center dust cap you can glue it back on and it will be fine.

Sadly its not the cap, I'll update with a video it sounds like magnetic shaking it's terrible completely unlistenable. Sewell quoted me $550 out the door, I saw some listing for $400 for all the speakers on eBay but I'd rather not do either (pay $378 new or $400 for a full set but used) oddly enough Davenport motor (independent Lexus service) keeps giving a busy message and isn't answering. Hoping to enjoy my sound system again.

You can just unplug it for the time being. Also I’m sure if you message the seller and offer him something for just the center speaker they might take the offer.

Ok I did some research for you, not sure if they changed the speaker after 2010 but here is the part # as well as an eBay lasting with the speaker that you are looking for. This is the eBay listing.

Thank you all very much, I spoke with Sewell who can do $240 at wholesale cost for new, and a member sent a pm about the center speaker. I have found one on car-part.com for $75 but I'd always prefer to stick to CL members. The eBay vendor with the set said he'd prefer to not break up the set.

This. As a recording engineer and pseudo-audiophile, you'll find after much research that those with discriminating ears have placed a 4-6 ohm resistor in the ML center channel's circuit to significantly reduce its output, to which I can attest is the best free-ish mod ever for this car. Removing it all together wouldn't be all that different. The only downside would be lack of Nav turn-by-turn, but honestly how often do you even use that? I think I have twice in the 6mos I've had my IS-F.

I fixed it with this guide, I guess a few of us just like to listen to music loudly and it needs a little more glue from factory.
