SCOSCHE Bluefusion (Model: BFTAK) Hands Free Bluetooth and Music Streaming Interface. Includes compatible harness, mic, bluetooth module, and instructions.

To be 100% honest, I purchased this used a few years ago but never installed it as I purchased a GROM unit because it had USB compatibility (This Bluefusion does NOT have USB compatibility). Additional product specs can be found here: http://www.scosche.com/bftak-bluefusion-kit

I believe this model has been discontinued since I can't find it anywhere for sale anymore.

Do you know if this would work with a 08 400h? It says 350 but I'm not sure what the difference in radios are.

Sorry, I'm not sure about the compatibility with the 400h. It doesn't note that model on the compatibility list.
