Default Buying springs with 12/14k stiffness

Just looking to replace the springs on my Tein Flex Z coils for them to have a stiffer ride besides the dampening adjustment. However, if someone was looking to buy the teins then i would just buy another set of coils.

Do you know the specs of the spring? Like is it 7" in diameter?

first, do you have a 250, 350 or F? second, is you IS a DD with track or no track duty? based off those questions, then select a spring rate

call swift springs and ask for there recommendation. i'm not sure on the specs of the Tein shocks so they'll be able to assist you better rather than taking a chance of getting a spring rate that's to harsh or soft for your liking.

I have to agree with OP. depends on what you're trying to do with your car and how you want it to ride. as for the length of a coil. its measured as follows ID (inner Diameter) come in sizes like 60mm, 62mm, 65mm etc etc. and length are measured in mm as well and they typically come in sizes like 180mm, 200mm, 220mm etc etc. I pretty sure BC coils overs are 62mm ID. and 180mm length which is also 7.1" in length.
