Lexus IS-F 2UR-GSE v8 5.0L Engine & AA80E 8 speed Transmission COMPLETE
I've sold 3 S/C setups to date on this forum amongst many other high dollar items. ** I am NOT a salvage dealer...this is from my personal venture as a car enthusiast:** Anyone sincerely interested will receive my # to complete the sale details via phone/text. Absolutely NO tire kickers or wasted posts...If you aren't interested or have the desire to install this motor then move on. 
FS: 2UR-GSE & AA80E
Up for sale is a great condition 2UR-GSE v8 5.0L engine from the Lexus IS-F. This motor has 60,000 miles and is from a 2009 IS-F 2URGSE (08-13). It is complete with ALL wiring, ecus/computers, injectors, fuel pumps, sensors, etc. When I say complete, I mean complete! It even has the igniter, A/C compressor, alternator, starter and flexplate which are rarely included on motor swaps.
The only thing this motor will need is a set of exhaust manifolds unless you have the desire to weld the stock ones. They are included with the sale but were cut where the catalytic converters were.
Just to spell it out the 09 IS-F ECU is included with this sale as well. This is everything needed for this motor to run.
I have a few other odds and ends I can include with the sale as well. I have the fuse box with relays, complete in tank fuel pump housing with pump (plug and play).
I am also selling the 8 speed transmission from the same vehicle, 2009 Lexus ISF. This is the highly desired AA80E eight speed tranny. Complete with its own transmission ECU, part number 8953553010. It has the torque converter intact as well. Again, COMPLETE!
If you can even find these pieces online you will pay a small fortune for all of the add on ancillaries that are already included in MY sale. Theres 2 other motors for sale out there - 1 is complete but the price is 8,899 + 700 shipping. The other is a bare motor for 6,300. A few junkyards have bare motors...
My loss is someones huge gain. I had plans to swap this into my IS350 but I have lost interest due to other life priorities. If someone is looking to perform this swap into a Lexus IS250 or IS350 I can certainly provide some insight and general advice. I most recently saw this motor and tranny in a Toyota Supra as well. I know a few FRS/BRZ owners were considering the swap as well.
The price for the complete motor with ecu is $5200.
Complete transmission with ecu is $2100.
Together = $6300
While I'd prefer a local pickup I could crate/ship this via R&L Carriers for $600. If shipping turns out to be less I will refund the difference.
Sorry, don't have time to scrub them up for pics...just dirty from sitting!

I really believe the motor swap is priced RIGHT! Don't get me wrong turbo'ing or SC'ing a car is fun but it adds up in price as well. I had over $4k in both my S/C setups on the IS350 and that was doing all the R&D and building myself. For just a few thousand more you can have a N/A beast with the motor/tranny swap! You can recoup costs by parting or selling your factory motor as well... Something to think about...
Its really not too much more then adding boost to a current platform!
