KW V3 Coilovers
All original parts in the original box will be included.
I'm even leaving the front top hats so you don't have to modify yours.
Normally you have to cut the stock front top hats and it's a huge pain.
The rear top hats simply swap over from the stock setup.

EDIT: Part # 35257002 fits IS350 and IS250 and C models (all years)

Lowering Range
- Front: 1.2"-2.3"
- Rear: 0.9"-2.1"
Spring rates are :
F: 515 lbs (~7.5k)
R: 455 lbs (~6.6k)
Stock IS250/350:
F: 256 lbs
R: 290 lbs
Stock ISC:
F: 240 lbs
R: 325 lbs

I'm not sure if KW makes a different spring rate for the ISC. I know there is another set for the IS-F but that's it.
You can surf the KW site I linked above.
AFIK the spring rates for this KW model are
