The ride quality is not bad for a moderate drop. If you do a search in the suspension and brakes threads, you'll find several opinions. Some people love the ride, and for some its too harsh for their taste; so it definitely depends on the driver.

I don't think these fit awd since I drive an 07 rwd... can any members confirm?

My car actually came with the non-sport shocks. I bought the oem tokico sports shocks from a fellow cl member (who can vouch for me) who drives his car very seldom. I would say when I got it he probably put no more than 10,000 miles plus ~5000 I put on so around 15,000 miles.
