Looks like www.theretrofitsource.com has them right now. Not cheap but that'd be an option if nobody comes through, theyre getting more and more rare. Good luck, I loved my Q45 retro!

Thanks Kyle, checked their prices, getting a better deal on ebay.
However if you could enlighten me whether the Q45 projectors come stock on the car or are aftermarket? (im pretty sure theyr aftermarket). Infiniti never launched theyr Q45 in the middle east region, so having a hard time finding them her x_x

There are "knockoff" look alike projectors on eBay that you'll want to avoid. I tink they use an H7 or another non hid bulb and the quality isn't on par with the real Q45's. The ones you need are OEM Infiniti pieces that are removed from the factory headlights. Trying to remember what it says on the bottom of the ring on the real ones. I believe its gatling beam made in Germany. If you search the lighting or 2nd gen. GS section you'll find a lot of info. on them.
