So my question is: Are the retrofit M45 projector headlights worth the cost? I've found a pair for about $375 no leaks and clear lenses. Where as I can find the Ebay projectors in the low $200's Anyone have any experience with these and can give me some advice...Thanks in advance...

ebay ones are crap, they are not made for hid bulbs, if you found a pair of M45 for that price I would not tell anyone and buy them now......or do the LS430 best retrofit out there, how do I know you may ask.....

Just remember, you're basically paying for looks with projectors, they all project the same. The differences are on the width they project to. The LS430's (which I use) have the widest beam (I think 130*) Nothing wrong with ebay ones, just be sure to get the projectors made for HID's and not halogen. With some searching, you can find plenty of projectors pretty cheap. At one point I bought a pair of e85 projectors for $80 shipped. Just do some searching you'll find good prices. However, the benefits to M45's and a few others is that you can by bolt-on brackets to make the project 100 times easier. If the brackets dont matter, then anything would work.

Thanks for the heads up but I swapped to LS460's almost two years ago lol. I do agree that Q45's are the best looking... too bad they don't perform as well as either of the LS' or I would've went with them myself
