Good as New? Lexus LFA Can Be Yours for Less Than MSRP
It’s hard for some of us to imagine, but this 2012 LFA for sale on Craigslist could be the very best $369,000 bargain around.
Keep in mind, the original price tag for the LFA was $375,000. So this car has to be driven hard to be priced under that, right?
Wrong, this baby’s got sub-3,000 miles on her.
Okay, so she must have had like nine owners, right?
Wrong, just one.
Well, then she must have been in a bad accident, right?
Sorry, no, you’re 0-for-3; this stunning Starlight Black LFA comes correct with a clean history report.
Well, that’s if you believe the San Francisco Bay area dealer that posted the Craigslist ad. And other than the fact that we are talking about Craigslist here — the site that seemingly created the term “Buyer Beware” — the only other red flag I can see is that the odometer number pictured in the ad, 2,914 miles, doesn’t match up with the specs listed, 2,797.
But that’s probably just an oversight, right?
Either way, if you’ve always wanted to own an LFA, then it’s worth doing a little more research. After all, this could be your big chance to take home LFA No. 434 out of 500. For less than MSRP. It’s like 2012 all over again!
