Different spring rates and 15 vs 32 levels of adjustment for dampening. Both are quality coilovers in my opinion, just depends what you're after.
so the ez's only have 15 levels vs 32 on the lp's but....

the EZ's are softer...
so if I want to keep the ride quality soft like stock and not gonna track it but drop it low, are EZ's the way to go or the LP's??? whats your guys ultimate opinion on it..
It's all up to you... both good coilovers. I'm about to be running aggressive offset wheels very low on EZ's, I'll let you know how it goes. I run them on the hardest setting and it's not horrible.

Do you plan slam your car? (Tuck rim?)
Run aggressive wheels? (Offsets in the 20s or lower?)
If you said yes to any of these questions, go with the LPs.
If not, you will be fine with the EZs. Im tucking tire on 20s with non aggressive offsets and have the EZs on the stiffest setting and I have no issues
