Default Driver side caliper/rotor noise ONLY when used

Has anyone experienced a noise coming from their brakes ONLY when you use the brakes.
The noise is not always emitted during braking. It's as if it's a "SECTION' of the rotor that has (we'll say) crap on it thus causing the noise.
It's a creaking noise like a door that needs WD40. The creak noise comes and goes very fast and then dims as I come to a stop. Thus it is with each revolving of the wheel.

Kurtz/Jeff, where are ya?

What have you done or not done to the brakes/calipers/rotors, if anything? Mileage on components?
