i have done research on springs, and happen to be the best would be either the tein S tech or the h&r springs. teins would be the recommended because it is for oem shocks and you will get a 1.5 inch drop for front and a 1.1inch drop for rear. which another good point is that the spring rate is 9lb/504inch for the front and rear is11lb and 615inch. this is better for rear wheel drive which the springs in the back are stiffer. unless you want an almost even drop the h&r are your best if you want a little street and a little track with a 1.4"F 1.3"R drop. but if your looking for a lower drop with stock suspension you would not want to get the tein H tech. because the spring rate is soft and you would get a bouncy ride and it would lower much. tanabe would be another factor that it would not be well is the springs rates for those suspension are made for like front wheel drive not sure why??... but for rear wheel drive cars you would want a better spring rate in the rear. but they are stiff. and they offer the lowest drop like the 1.8f and 1.3r for the GF and DF series. but the NF would be a 1.5f and 1.0r drop.
hope this info helps out

a +22 offset on F and R, is pretty aggressive. you'd prob need fender mods + if you're only on DF's, the wheels may stick out quite some...
keep in mind, i am NO wheel/tire/offset expert :P i only research and ask/ask/ask...GL!
i personally have a very very very conservative offset on my wheels.

Along this same line of questions...I am going to lower my GS and have been told to replace the struts at the same time (same labor charge) while they are installing the Pro kit. Anybody done this.....if so...what are you finding pricing to be on front and rear struts? I am at 50k miles...and would have to do it anyway pretty sooon..so might as well do it now. My quote is 1400 for front, rear, Eibach pro kit, labor and alignment. Most of the price is the front and rear struts.
Thanks for your help.
