Exclamation Eibach or Tanabe?

Which lowering springs are better, or what is the discerning difference? Thanks.

Had Eibachs on my last 2 vehicles, loved the handling, braking, cornering and pitch,
Cons, not low enough, never had tanabes cant comment on those.

MKIV shocks and swift springs. Swift springs are the best performance springs IMO. If you're just looked for a drop esplier, if you're looking for a drop and retain luxurious feel go with the gixxer_drew setup

I have never had Eibachs on my car, only had the Tanabes. I didn't really like them, the drop was barely noticeable. If I were to go springs again, I would try the Eibachs; generally, it seems like they perform better.

Hmm. Alright. This is helpful in my decision making. Thank you.

Anyone else? No one has Eibachs?

Ashtray: Im on coilovers right now, they are so soft so I decided to go with eibach race spings to replace the orignal c/o springs. I am sure eibach will come through again.
Go with eibachs with confidence!

What model Tanabes do you have? NF or GF... That makes a difference. I'm familiar with the GF210's the spring rates are close to stock TT. The MKI4 factory spring rates are: 430lbs/in.F and 219lbs/in.R

The Tanabe GF210 spring rates are 476lbs/in.F 235.2lbs/in. R

They lower the TT 1.3 F and 1.1 R: That should equal close to a 2in drop for our cars....

Does this mean that GF's would give me a 2 inch drop and retain ride quality of a stock TT Supra? Springs rates is a new term to me.

The Tanabe's give you a "firm factory ride". I currently have OEM TT springs and they feel great. But the GF210's will give me a 10%-20% "firmer" ride... Keep in mind, "firm" not "stiff".... I've heard for other people that the Eibach's give a "stiffer" ride... But that's not facts that's just personal opinions... The drop with the GF210's will be similar to this:

The drop with the GF210's will be similar to this:
