Default Emergency brake light stays on

My emergency brake light stays on after taking the e-brake off. My brakes work fine and all of the fluids are full. My front calipers were replaced about a month ago.

My 2nd problem is, when I hit the brakes, I hear a load popping sound from the front drivers side. Does anyone know what this may be.

thanks.

I have an issue with the ebrake light as well. Its been coming on after making a corner hard then it goes off.

2nd issue is most like your lower control arm bushings.

That's usually the sign of low brake fluid- as the fluid sloshes around on a hard turn, the level sensor is triggered. If you are sure there is enough fluid, then maybe the sensor is faulty- try overriding it by disconnecting the plug that attaches to it and jumpering the two wires you see in the plug.

that was my problem. I completely forgot about that.
The banjo washers aren't sealed properly on my front drivers caliper and is slowly leaking brake fluid.

Thank you.
