Motul bottles come in 500mL bottles. We pack 3 of them with our stage kits, which are rotors pads and fluid for stock calipers.
Most systems will contain about 1 L. It is always a good idea to have extra in case of spillage or accidents.
Ate fluid comes in 1 L tin cans. Motul is in plastic bottles. Both are air tight.

My mechanic used 3L of brake fluid - I can't see in the Lex service manual anything about the amount of fluid required.
Initially I bought 1L, he said that wasn't enough, so I got 3L and he used it all.
tell me if there is something wrong?
The fluid I use is Castrol SRF dot 4.0 and it's about $70 per Litre.

that sounds wayyy too much
im picturing a 3 litre bottle of soda
and for him to bleed that much out ..something must have been wrong
i mean your only bleeding until you get a steady stream of brake fluid and then you stop
