Default Help: Spring drop's and how much they drop

I'm looking into getting the l-tuned suspension and was wondering what the drop was front and rear for the l-tuned and also for other springs/shocks.

Thanks guys

So your espelir springs are like that? 1.6 front, 1.25 rear? That would work out perfectly since i have a huge system in the back. How is the ride with espelir?

The Espelirs are said to ride pretty well, of course 20s eat up some of the comfort but hey

I have seen these installed and they give a very aggressive low look, with the system though the rear will probably be eve with the front (or maybe a little lower), thats the tradeoff of springs and systems!! Maybe you wanna think about coilovers for that reason. Brand New espelirs and Bilsteins will probably run you about 650-750 and Bilstein coilovers are about 875!!

Check out this pic of a white GS on Espelirs, this guy doesnt have a system though!

I think your asking what goes lower than Ltuned/Eibach but still is able to be corrected for camber, right?

Espelir -1.6
Tanabe- 1.6
Tein- 1.8
Daizen- 1.9

I have only seen the 1st 2 in person, and they are plenty low, I think if you stay above 2" you should be okay for factory camber correction!

Thats where I have to bow out, I have never taken a ride on any of the above setups? I know the H&Rs are said to be pretty rough and the Espelirs are said to be real comfy ( the guy that has the white car told me)

GS4Will, I think I will be going with the espelir's and the ltuned shocks, sounds like this will get me the best drop and best ride quality, is this correct you guys?

Espelir springs will give u a nice drop...... It will def eliminate almost all the wheel gap.

As far as ride comfort, its just a tad more stiff than stock, you gotta remember ur putting on different shocks not only springs, which also effects ride comfort. When i had my 16in wheels on, there was almost no difference in ride comfort between stock setup and the espelir/ltuned setup.

For me the 18in wheels and NYC roads is what effects my ride comfort the most.

BTW i also got the springs from GS4WILL.

Good point man, its the shorter sidewall that really changes things, when I took my 20s off an came to BK, I could believe how nice my car rode! Then I put them back on rough rider once again!! LOL
