First let me say, I love my SC. Couple of issues are causing me to sell.
The G35 is the main reason. It's no supercar but it's much faster than the SC. It's peppy and always ready to run. The SC was fast enough in it's day but 225 hp just doesn't cut it anymore. I'm not really into the issues that go along with adding boost. I know somne people say it's great but sooner or later, there are issues. Unless it's factory.

Since I drive the G35 everyday, the SC just sits there. Sitting there so much recently caused a brake problem. A caliper locked up from rust and non-use. It cause the master cylinder to malfunction. Bis-bam-boom, expensive repair at the dealer.

Next issue. I live in a condo. The condo-commando's are a trip. There is a rule against storing cars. Since my car is hardly ever driven, they consider it stored and threaten me with towing. They say I must drive it every so often. Or at least move it around. I would drive it except it's too slow for me now.

Lastly, it's tough taking care of 3 cars when you live in a condo in addition to the financial burden. I want some more wheels and mods for the G35. Then there is regular maintenance that has to be done on the 3GS and G35. I have a truck that needs to be fixed up and sold, too.

The SC has about 66K miles on the odo and all maintence and repairs were done at the dealer. It's practically a new car. A few things need attention. The Maya wheels, the 2 front need re-chroming. The Wisesports front lip need repainting although only an enthusiast would complain about it. The car looks great and the interior looks new.

The price, 12K as is and 10K without wheels, bodykit and subwoofer/amp. Feel free to make offers but lowballing will get you a sort of nasty reply, haha.

I woke up this morning with second thoughts but I'll sell her if a good offer is presented. Bottom line is this....about 2 months ago I took the SC on a Sunday morning drive. SOme guy in a G35 was eyeing the car. We both did a u-turn and he lit into it as we came out of the turn. That's what I always do after a u-turn. He left me by a mile. That's when I said, that's it!

So c'mon you boost addicts...here's the perfect car for you to tinker with.

 

Well we kinda need some details. What color is the interior? 5-speed or auto? Any pics of the interior?

The interior is black and it's an automatic. Should be some pics in my gallery. Ill see if I can find them.

Don't worry, I'll be back. One day I'll find a cherry 97+ SC400. Hopefully a 200 with....I think they came with 300 hp? It's at least 290 and that's what I'm looking for. Then you have the power and all that's left is wheels and a drop. No kit needed with those models. Yeah, I'll be back.

Heck, I may not find a buyer for this one and end up trading it in for something on the Lexus lot. Either way it's gone. I think!

Awwww if only it were just a little cheaper I'd have cash at your doorstep in the morning. That's a gorgeous SC but its just a little out of my price range. I gotta sell my other 2 cars first. =/

for those that are considering this fine automobile let me state some key facts

THIS CAR IS SO CLEAN LIKE THE DAY IT WAS BORN NO BS NO EXCUSES

aside from reg being one of the most up front honest standup guys that i have ever met ,he's a true car freak. this car only recieves the best of care , washed and waxed like ten times a month , you could eat off the int its so clean.

it is truly sad to see this car go for when we say reg we say plat sc .

i hope reg changes his mind and keeps it adds just a touch of boost say 350 rwhp which is a sneeze in this car and adds a auto coture kit some bad *** 20's and then we can say bye bye to g35

As stated in the original post, the interior is like new. Not a scratch or wrinkle on the sears. The seates were replaced 3 years ago and still look great. I'll say it again, especially for the noobs, this is like buying a new car.
