Have you used your Century Protection?
When I purchased my SC it came with century protection, this warranties that the interior of the car has been treated with stain resistant protection. The salesman told me that if any part the interior gets stained and can't be cleaned the dealership will replace the part that is stained (carpet, leather, etc.) Has anyone here had anything replaced under this warranty. I have a stain on my ecru seat from my brown leather bag. I have tried a lot of leather cleaners and it doen't make a difference. It seems that the brown color from my leather bag has infused itself into my seat. I hope the dealer can remove the stain, but if they can't I don't want them to make some excuse not to replace the seat.

Lexus Test Driver
well
it sounds to me like an aftermarket 'dealer option' and not a Lexus factory option so it is gonna be you against the dealer. You might want to take a close look at the contract you got with that 'protection' to see if you have a case for a lawsuit if they don't make it right.

I called the service guy and he told me that I need to bring the warranty paper and they will re-dye the leather and charge the warranty company. Thanks for the advice.
