NHTSA TSB Advisories for SC430
It seems there are a number of NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) TSB advisories for the SC430. Some of the advisories appear to address various issues with the car.
I am wondering if the TSB advisories are "actionable items" which the dealer would address at no cost to an SC430 owner, whose car is ten years old and entirely out of warranty?
I am wondering if the dealer could check and tell me if my SC430 would fall under the advisories, or if certain items have already been performed.

Any thoughts are much appreciated.

Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) are not recalls and so it is my understanding that the dealer/manufacturer is under no obligation to address such issues for free, especially once the vehicle is out of warranty. TSBs do provide service technicians with the factory-approved knowledge for addressing the issue. Some dealers will address some TSBs as good-will items, at their discretion.
