Stock brake pads. non cross drilled or slotted rotors recommendation
Just bought my Factory brake pads, however need some help buying a good set of rotors that are non cross drilled or slotted. Mechanic shop says he can get me a set of 4 for $260, but in terms of the brand i dunno. He also said i might get them warpped early since they are non stock. Thought of that being a little odd.

In all my years of driving and doing my own brakes. (I'm 59) I have never had to replace a rear rotor. they seem to last forever. Fronts are another thing. The OEM rotors from Sewell are priced very good with the forum discount. Like talwang said, are you sure you don't just need to have them resurfaced? New pads do not require new rotors.

Car has around 100,000 miles never changed the rotors. When i press on the break, you really have to press down on it for the car to stop. The breaks dont make any noise or anything like that, just that the car is not that responsive when breaking.

once you replace your front brake pads you should have a better response. or the fact that your brake system as air in it.. you should get a brake fluid flush done properly. I would say front rotors last about after two, maybe 3 resurfaces. Why not just stick with OEM rotors. as for the rear no one ever resurfaces them and just slap on pads.

if i remember correctly, i bought them from tire rack. don't remember the price but it was considerably less than OEM. just checked tire rack prices. $63.00 for front and $41.00 for rear.
