SC300 Headlights will not turn on.

I fount this on ALLDATA.
2. HEADLIGHT OPERATION
When the Light Control SW is to HEAD position and Dimmer SW to LOW position, the current flowing to the Headlight relay (coil side) --> TERMINAL A-12 of the integration relay--> TERMINAL A-13 --> TERMINAL 13 of the Light Control SW --> TERMINAL 4 --> GROUND , turning the Headlight relay ON .
This causes the current flowing to the Headlight relay (point side) --> DRL fuse --> daytime running light relay No.3 --> GROUND , turning the daytime running light relay No.3 ON . Also, current from the Headlight relay (point side) --> HEAD (LWR) fuses --> Headlights (LO)--> GROUND , so the Headlight (LOW) light up.
Does this mean that if I put a jumper between A12 and A13 at the integration relay, the headlights will work? I need ANYONE that is good with wiring. PLZ HALP

I have the BIG issues bad and good one with my 1992 lexus sc 300 when I have my headlight lever pulled back, 4 th gear kicks in but if it is not the car goes back into 3 rd gear and says there. So does anyone know what circuit controls it or what it leads to, or a way to fix this or make it so this works all the time. Once in a while it will kick out but I drove the car like this for 30 miles with very little issues. Thanks Shaun. Help Help please

Sc300 headlights - let’s fire this thread back up boys
So I’d found my fender well harness was starting to get eat into trying to find my headlight issue. Since I’ve repaired the harness and tucked it but still no headlights and this thread has been a huge help. I’m gonna guarantee it’s the integration relay but I don’t feel like replacing it. Would anyone like to help out with just by passing the headlights. I’ve jumped the fuse the bulbs are good. Thanks
