most mk1, mk2 and mk3 shifters will fit into a 92-94 w58 transmission physically.
the question is where the shifter will end up due to the angle and length right, but they are all have a pretty similar bend in them so it should work out close enough I would guess, I have never tried it but physically it should bolt on to the trans. those short shifters are expensive for the mk1, mk2 and mk3 I dont understand why.

I concur that that is a short throw shifter.
I concur it will work with 92-94 swan style w58. from the w58 to r154 swaps ive seen, most people use their w58 shifter for their mkiii r154.
so like ali said, it should work.

It is probably a copy of the C's short throw for the early W58/R154 transmissions. If I had to guess I'd say it's a "V2" or "V3". If it's a real C's (which is identical anyway) I'd be surprised. There really aren't any others except for OEM swan shifters. Any 92-94 W58 SC transmission is compatible. Any MKIII R154 with a Soarer extension housing is compatible. 95-97 W58's are not compatible.
I'm using the V3 version in my car and it's a perfect fit and feels great.
It's a C's (doubtful) or the C's copy (Suprasport V2 or V3).
Edit: Okay, looking more closely it's yet another C's knockoff but it's still the same basic design. If you want the rubber boot and the seller can't provide it try asking Suprasport if they can sell you one separate from their own short throw shifter. They may or may not because that rubber boot has to be imported from Japan and tends to get backordered. If you care, anyway.

That's a Mookeeh short shifter. A lot of mkiii supra guys have tried it and gave it bad reviews. If you want a good short shifter and don't mind spending the money then try the suprasport short shifter. I was lucky enough to score one new on ebay for the same price as that Mookeeh one

A lot of owners either hate it or love it. Most of them complained about how it felt cheap whenever shifting and it felt sloppy and had a lot of play. Google the name and you should see a couple of supraforum threads pop up.

I hear you on redoing your interior-- pricey. I'm actually about to price out new leather for my front seats. Definitely not cheap.
