Hey Look! A New Guy!
Hey all, new around here. Lots of good info and good people on this website, looking forward to getting more involved and learning more.
I've had my SC for about a week now and am loving it. Drives and handles great, is plenty slow but I'll fix that once I get the rest of the car how I want it. Car is a '93 5 speed black on (usedTObeTANuntilSOMEONEstartedSPRAYPAINTINGtheDAMNinterior) ****ty black. Working on getting the interior nice.
Mods: I was told it had skunk2 coilovers on front and springs on back, haven't verified it yet, but it's pretty damn low, handles great, and rides like a minitruck. has electric fans and 18" 350Z touring wheels. Car looks beautiful.
List of things to come (in this order).
Fix the A/C (mississippi summer + black car + no a/c = misery). I was told it needs a compressor.
Control Arm/Sway Bar/Steering Rack bushings
Alignment (eats tires on the rear from the camber)
Start sourcing interior parts - All I'm missing is the upper trim piece on the drivers side door that runs along the top and covers the tweeter at the front edge of the door. Going to find a new steeringwheel other than the huge tan 4 spoke junt.
Shifter (maybe it's the rubber bushings, but it's pretty sloppy)
Exhaust (it'll get a 3" catless/resonatorless w/ Magnaflow muffler)
Intake (The Injen one seems to be the only one, reckon' I'll go with that)
and then I'll drive it until I get the bug and finally end up spraying it.
