if all you want to do is replace the bulb, go from underneath... Take off the screws for the corner of the plastic "undercover" <dont quote me but I believe is about 6 or so of them> and you will have enough space to work but let me tell ya it's not an easy job to hook the H3 holder back <specially if you have big hands>... this is if you are talking for the 95-96 model.. I believe the 97-00 still uses H3 but dunno if it's easier to remove the housing.. this is all out of my head someone correct me if I missed something..

ok, i just figured it out...after painfully taking out all the of the under cover bolts only to find out that isn't necessary. all you need to do is remove the TWO 8mm screws and ONE 8mm nut from the fog light housing through the front brake duct. DO NOT remove the underbody panel screws...it is not necessary. You have to use your hand to feel where the scews and nut are located on the housing...it's not that hard but takes some time...by the way...i'm not too happy about the "white xenon" H3 that I've got..it still has some yellow tint to it...and they're not as bright as the OEM fog.
