F-Sport Bumper Swap
Hey guys, I just purchased a brand new RX and was wondering what kind of hurdles(if any) I would run into to swap the original bumper to the F-Sport.
I found SPORT APPEARANCE PACKAGE on Lexus's site http://www.lexus.com/models/RX/features/options/
My local parts department quoted me $539.39 for just the bumper(which isn't bad)
Please let me know what you think of this idea or share your knowledge if you have already done such a swap.
Thanks!

this thread is a year old now. lol! I'm doing some research on this and my buddy works at the lexus parts dept. any updates on this? I just picked up a 2011 rx450h awd with 61k miles. doesn't have ALL the options but it's extremely clean, one owner and mechanically sound. was wondering how this went as I'm about to try to throw on the 2014 RX F sport bumpers, fogs, headlights. saw this other thread on the Australian forums...

I have a pretty sound custom/modifying cars background so I'm not afraid to dive into a little handy work if needed as the 2014 F sport front end will be worth the effort over the 2011 front fascia. any input would be great! thanks

[QUOTE=corradoMR2;8553024]dxr himself did the swamp and looks great.
Thanks corrado!!! This helps a lot. DXR will be posting cost and specifics soon, so this will help me in deciding if it will make sense for me to do the conversion. Thanks again for sharing this info!

I never got around to making a build thread. but everything is great. I still have the car with the conversion. got used to the afs warning ⚠
tough part is wiring up the leds. I just hired an electrical guy to look up the wires and customed it. and a lot of my parts were found used on ebay

Bump,
I too am desperately trying to do this to my 2013 450H. I am hoping to source emostly used parts to keep cost down. I am having a hard time getting a list of needed parts for the conversion.
