No, I don't play soccer!
I had a chance to check out the appearance package up close and personal on a starfire pearl RX. The headlights look awesome. The 19" wheels look great too. Is it my imagination or did Lexus darken the grill? Nice option overall. I hope they expand it some more.

Yes, the HID in the RX is really bright and nice; however, I find little use with the AFLS with both the RX and the IS. Most HID kits these days are easy to install and real safe as well (did this on 07 TCH and 11 Camry SE). I like to location of the projector on the Non-HID vehicles and it is just my preference.
On the appearance package in the UK, there is a lower front lip which makes the front of our RX look more muscular. I like to see that as well.

Are you guys sure that the appearance package takes away the HID and rain sensor wipers .... cause I have the black headlights, 19" wheels, HID and rain sensor wipers. So I have it all.

If you are refering to a 2012, I am positive they do not come as part of the appearance package, but you could have gotten them in other ways:
1. Comfort Package - $1,950
2. stand alone option (would only give you the xenon HIDs) Bi-Xenon High Intensity Discharge Headlamps with Adaptive Front Lighting System - $875
1. Comfort Package - $1,950
Intermittent windshield wipers; Includes: [HL] Bi-Xenon High Intensity Discharge Headlamps with Adaptive Front Lighting System And [HS] Heated and Ventilated Front Seats; Requires: [PM] Premium Package And [EK] 12-Speaker Premium Audio System for Navigation; Or [EY] DVD Rear Seat Entertainment System; Or [ML] Mark Levinson Audio System; Or [ER] 12-Speaker Premium Audio System for Rear Seat Entertainment
2. stand alone option (would only give you the xenon HIDs) Bi-Xenon High Intensity Discharge Headlamps with Adaptive Front Lighting System - $875
Bi-Xenon headlights with projector beam lenses; Headlight control and active headlights; Requires: [PM] Premium Package
Do you still have your window sticker? That will tell the story.

I have a 2011 RX450h. The sticker doesn't say appearance package. I don't have the original sticker .. I have one that I got from Lexus Customer Service without prices. It doesn't say that I have the Appearance package, but I do have the Premium and Comfort packages so that would explain the wipers and the HID. The 19" wheels are listed separate, but I still don't know why/how I got the black headlight ... Not complaining

You do not have the appearance package. The RX450h has difference 19" rims than the appearance package rims. Also, the RX450 has blue tinted headlight lens, not black. The apprearance package also have a black out headlight housing where as yours is silver.
