Welcome to Club Lexus, imusikpro.

You do not say which tires you had installed at Costco nor what size you are riding on. What are the tire pressures? Would go no more than 36 psi. For now I would go with no more than 32psi to help keep a softer ride.

Did the tire change or the strut changes make any difference in the ride or feel of the vehicle when they were made? Were these changes made at the same time or was there a gap in time between them? Did things get any better or worse after each change?

As alchemist pointed out we had a prior report about a member putting on KYB brand struts who did not like the result, however, it sounds like your problems predate to that change. So, the more information you can provide about your setup the better.

In the end it may very well be that the RX330 you purchased, and perhaps all RX330, have a rough ride in your opinion. There are many things which go into ride comfort, so hopefully more feedback from yourself will help those here at CL to provide better feedback regarding the problem you are having.

at first i put 4 new kyb struts .
But the car still feel very harsh.
couple days later
i went to costco, had they install 4 bridgestone tires , 18 inches same size as before.
But i still can feel every bump on the road .
My cousin had a 2004 rx330, but much more comfy . Very soft ride .

usually the ones with air suspension have the firmer/harsh ride. I don't know why yours would be doing this.

It's your KYBs. They are firmer, handles nice around turns but horrilbe over bumps. I had them on my 04 and it felt like a lowered car. After a day and complaints from the wife and kids, I had the shop switch them for factory oems. Huge ride difference (softer and smoother). I was able to get a full refund on the KYBs and paid the difference for the factory oems and no labor.

I might bite on that explanation, however, he was complaining of a rough ride before he put the KYB's on his RX. The KYB's should have had a noticeable positive or negative affect, IMO. That is unless the previous owner put on KYB's replacing the OEM before selling it.

I didn't even bother to ask the shop. I'm going to email Sewell Lexus.

That's what I had in mind.
