Rear door
My wife has an 2005 RX330, the battery was drain and had to jump start. Once started everything worked except the rear door while using the remote will not operate or from inside button. Any suggestion?

Mine has done this a couple of times. What I have done to "resolve" the issue is open the tail gate manually all the way and then close it again, making sure that it shuts with that "whirring" noise as the door is locked in place. After that, the buttons should start working.
Also check to see if the switch for the tail gate is actually on in the passenger glove box/compartment. If this is off then the tail gate will not operate via the switches.
