I've been lurking for some time now. I should say hello. The '07 RX is the little woman's business vehicle. She's the agent. We bought it used last June. I have driven it only twice, but I still get to fix it when she breaks it.

That explains allot. My situation is similar. The OP doesn't say which side of the vehicle that the tires are losing air, but mine are the left side. The left rear looses about 15 psi every 8 days, (when the TPMS lamp illuminates). That tire had a puncture repaired by Firestone. The left front went flat over night just sitting in the garage. I removed the tire and wheel assembly and found no obvious defects. I then refilled the assembly and installed same. The assembly has not lost one pound of air in three weeks. Weird.
