Looking for Part Numbers for Bulbs and DIY information
Hi,
Two of the light bulbs in my 2001 RX300 seems to have gone bad.
1- Passenger side Rear marker bulb.
2- The small bulb on the extreme corner of the headlight assembly.
Please can someone provide the part numbers for these bulbs and also some DIY pointers. I did try to search here but only found information on the side marker bulb and not much on the headlight bulb.
Is the side marker bulb 00234-00194?
Is the extreme right bulb in the headlight assembly 00234-00192?
Thanks in advance.

Both bulbs are 194.
You can get a couple of 194 LEDs and install them, should last awhile!
For the front one, remove the wheel liner and stick your hand up. Twist and remove the connector. Pull bulb and then R&R.
For the rear, it's a similar story.

Sockets may need cleaning or replacement.
Make sure you use electrical grease to keep the moisture out.

Apologies for asking. Are you sure 00194 would work on the front too?
Also the pdf suggests to get 168. Should i stick to 00194 or get 168?

Go to ebay and search "high power 194 white led" you will get alot of them lol, make sure they are not from China but sold in usa, the front ones are really easy to change so are the top conner ones in the headlight, all you do is remove the fender well screw pull it back and look up, then look down in the corner and you will see the front marker lights, just a heads up the 2 red rear markers are a PITA! Make sure not to drop the philips screw holding the bumper in place, another heads up is make sure and I repeat make sure that it makes a watertight seal and use electrical grease, I made that mistake and got moisture in my little housings and the leds crapped out if you need pics just let me know and if you want pm me a price range and I'll search for the best one's for you and send you a link (I have 4 years experience with led's)

I already ordered the below lights from Amazon. Was initially thinking of using LED, but was not sure how the mismatched lights on the 2 sides will look like given that the old lights on the other side are plain yellow lights.
Thanks,

Sure I will later today as soon as I can, also what I had in mind I'd to replace all 4 marker lights the 2 running lights in the headlight an the 2 courtesy lights under the driver and passenger door and the 2 bulb's in the plate lights, come out to a total of 10 I found a nice set of 20 on ebay for 12.99$!! That's a great deal, they are bright white, I personally have my entire Rx outfitted with leds and they match perfect!

Ok here is the rear markers the driver and passenger are the exact same way, all you do is pull back the little finder well and you will see a 10 mm nut you can also use a philips to remove it, after you remove give that cone of the bumper a little tug and it should pop out of place then you can see the marker socket.

Now for the front all you have to do is take a couple screws out of the fender well and pull back on it and you can look up and see the socket on the headlight and when you look down the ones from the front marker, same thing on both sides aswell.
