1,200 mile round trip!!
Hey guy's just had a couple questions. I am leaving out of town to see some sick family members anyway it's 600 miles each way so 1, 200 miles round trip If you guessed correctly I sure am taking my baby (rx300) 
, so I wanted to ask you guys if their is anything that I should check or look for so I don't have any trouble on the road here's a few things I have done to it already. New tires, new brakes, fairly new spark plugs, 70% oil life, fairly new transmission fluid, topped up the brake fluid, power steering fluid, washer fluid, recently put a new radiator and battery, so any knowledge will be greatly appreciated!

1200 miles is nothing, don't sweat it!
Take some engine oil & washer fluid with you. Check the psi in the spare tire and well all of them really. Make sure you have all the tools you need for changing the spare and any basic repairs you can do on the side of the road. And a pair of jumper cables.
And, lastly... some good tunes! Enjoy the open road and beautiful America!

36-38 PSI in all the tires, including the spare, a quart of oil, beef jerky, and yes, good tunes.
These are near-perfect road-trip machines, and it sounds like yours is not abused, so it'll be fine.
