Does anyone have any pictures of a modification they did to reposition the cigarette/phone charger to a more accessible location in the 450H?

Try this thread. I assume you have a 2010. BTW, Lexus did offer an extension as part of a TSB.

I did this to my 2010. I found it impossible to find the Lexus wire connector for the Lexus power outlet that comes with the 2011 piece, which costs about $40. So I removed the Lexus one and substituted a generic one from ebay with a simple spade wire connector. Then I found it too difficult to take all that trim apart as in the link. I was concerned about breakage to get enough apart to access the wires. To save yourself money, get a generic one and drill a hole in your trim piece. The only draw back of a generic one is that they are black. However, you can hardly see it.

My simpler wiring solution was to get a Mini fuse block adapter that lets you add a wire to a fuse on the fuse box by the drivers left knee. 15 amp. I used the fuse for the power outlets, I think it was fuse 15,they are labeled, then ran a wire up under the dash and into the center console to the outlet. I grounded the power outlet to a bolt on the floor. Works great.

I didn't modify anything, but improved on stock with a few new implements. I got a high-amp smart charger plug with two ports and two super HD 5-foot cables, each port and cable being capable of supporting the high energy charging requirements for the newer USB-C connectors. My Moto Z-Force now will pick up 10% charge within 10 minutes while using Waze the entire time. The smart plug keeps from overcharging older phones while also allowing the newer phones to charge quickly. The cables simply sit inside the console with the tips hanging out of the little slide opening port by the arm rest, and I pull out a cable when needed.
