Default 2010 100k maintenance ?

I purchased a new 2010 RX350AWD in October 2010. I have the dealer's service department (Woodfield Lexus, Schaumburg, IL) do synthetic oil changes at 10k intervals.

Now I am approaching 100,000 miles and I would like to make a smart choice about what maintenance she needs for another 100,000 miles!
I'll continue doing the synthetic oil changes at 10k intervals.
Most Clubbers say leave the trans alone.
Should I have them flush and bleed the brake fluid?
Should I drain and refill the coolant?
I have a K&N air filter I clean and re-charge and keep using.
I purchased a few cabin filters from Sewell and back-blow to clean/re-use or replace.
I have to change the rear shocks, I'll probably pick them up from Sewell and do it one afternoon unless I can get dealer to do it for "one-hour" labor.
How about fluids in front transfer case or rear differential? Is it ever required to change?
How about the drive belt? Timing chain?
The dealer performs "inspections" at each oil change and sometimes suggests doing other preventative work at the next oil change...tightening drive shaft nuts and bolts, replace axle shaft boots, ball joint/covers, brake lines, rack and pinion system. They haven't said anything about a leaky timing chain cover. I don't want to give them undeserved money but don't want to ignore anything necessary.
What do you high milers suggest?

Dealer also performed one brake job with all new pads (rotors reported ok). I had one new set of Michelin Latitudes installed by CostCo. No other repairs were done. I've had no problems. I get 18 mpg city and 22 hwy. I use the next higher octane than just 87 (89 or 91 or 93). I throw a can of SeaFoam in the tank every other month...

If it was my car I would get the transmission flushed and change the brake fluid. The coolant is supposed to last 10 years, but I would consider changing it at that mileage if you plan to keep the vehicle. The brake fluid (I hope) should have been flushed at least once by now.
Change the rear differential and transfer case fluids. These are cheap and easy to do yourself. Just get some Mobil 1 synthetic gear lube.
The timing chain lasts the life of the engine. You do not change it like a timing belt that wears out.
However if there is an accessory drive belt, that should be inspected and changed if needed.
I used to use K&N air filters. I found that they needed to be re-oiled between cleanings for max engine protection as I could see holes in the cotton gauze. I do not think they are worth it for the increased engine wear. A tribologist who does used oil analysis once told me to avoid them and just change the factory air filter every 10,000 miles.

seems to me that the transfer/rear should have also been changed by now as well?
