Driver window switch won't operate passenger windows
My wife just got her car back from the body shop after backing into a dumpster. They had to replace driver rear cab corner and bumper. Now the passenger windows will not operate with the drivers switch, but they will operate with the switches at the passenger locations. She also says the sunroof functions differently than it did in the past...it still functions properly but the switch functions differently.
Any suggestions on what to look for?

Okay I got the windows to function properly by cycling each of them from the passenger locations. However the sunroof is still not right. It will slide open using either of the two switches tilt or the open close button. And it will not stop to where it is closed unless you manually let go of the switch at just the right time.

Turn key to ON. Press and hold the Tilt button, at the end closest to you (arrow pointing towards the back). The sunroof will tilt up, close, open (slide back) the whole way, close, tilt open (and maybe close, I don't remember). You have to keep holding the button until it runs the whole cycle and stops moving. The sunroof is now calibrated.
This, and the window calibration, will need done anytime the battery is disconnected.
