Default AC Compressor or Clutch

2007 RX350 FWD 117k

I've had a chirp for a while. Just replaced my old serp belt with a new one. While it was off, I messed with my pulleys to see which was loose...only the AC clutch has play in it.

Used my mechanics stethoscope to listen to the pulleys....only the AC clutch sounds like crap.

I search, but admittedly only looked through the first 75 of 128. I could not find anyone stating how to tell if it was just the clutch, or the compressor and clutch. So...

How do I tell if the compressor is going bad or just the clutch?

Does the compressor come with the clutch?
If it does, why does the clutch cost more than the compressor? (http://www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts-l...=MCU33L-CWAGKA))

Does anyone have instructions on replacing clutch and/or compressor? For a DIY, if I have to do the compressor I planned on taking it to an AC shop, getting the system evacuated, doing the job, and then getting the system refilled. This way I can save on like 4 hours (guessing) of labor.

Here is a video of my noise:
