rx300 with erratic shifting between gears. please help

This site is so helpful!! I noticed my car (1999 rx 300) with a rough idol n slight hesitation two days ago and last night my check engine light came on; I stopped by an auto parts store to use a diagnostic computer and two codes came up P1133 and P 1354. P1133 is the fuel sensor and the P1354 is the OCV.
I read this thread and others and it is great to read about this before going forward. I am going to replace the OCV ($80) before I replace the fuel sensor ($189.00). From these readings it appears that the OCV replacement would eliminate the feul sensor issue. I also read that since the misfiring adds to a lesser vacuum in engine it could cause a differnt feel in the break pedal which I noticed As well. I will post back later to tell everyone the results and hopefully it helps another reader .
Ohhhh and this morning my check engine went off, but I still feel a rough idol at stop lights n low speeds. Changing the OVC regardless

I changed my OCV about 1 week ago and the check engine light has not come on since, so before trying to change the feul bank sensor this may have done the trick.
Car is running great, but I notice my gas mileage is low, 14 miles per gallon. I am going to give it a tune up real soon n have them check the timing as well.

Hard Shift second to third and check engine light is on
Hi there, I realize there have been numerous posts about these, but i read through them and I can't tell if the ECU solved the problem...etc. Anyway, If anyone can redirect me I would be so grateful. I have a fuel sensor that needs to be replaced, but I also have this hard shift from second to third and a check engine light. 2001 rx 300,.. late to the party, but any help appreciated.

OCV filter romoval
If it were an issue with Bank 2, then it would P1663 as the OBD2 code.
Bank 2 is located just a bit further back.
In the third picture you will see the smaller bolt that hold the OCV valve in place.
In the last photo, the OCV valve is circled in yellow and the larger bolt that holds the filter and o-ring is circled in white.

Here are some pics of my adventure.
I did find that my filter is clean and I did remove the bank two solenoid and check it. It is clean and I applied 12 volts to it and it seems to open and close so I am not sure what could be wrong with it. any ideas?

2002 RX300 erratic shifting
Hello Im new to this forum & would love some advice. I recently purchased this vehicle & have had nothing but problems. It seems to be in great shape with only 95k. I had all belts (including timing), fluids, oil & trans filters, plugs, water pump replace as preventative maintenance. I also had the knock sensors replaced too. It burned a valve in #2 3 days after maintenance & both cylinder heads had to be reworked. I took it to my shop twice to get that right, maybe. A day after I got it back the car is shifting erratically between 1 & 2, & 2 & 3. The car also burned almost 2 quarts of synthetic in a 500 mile road trip. Is this another problem with this vehicle or did the shop forget to do something? Please help!
