Hello everyone,

My lexus rx300 AWD has an error code of P0765 shift solenoid D. if the engine is just started and drive the car right away it will not shift to 3rd gear and the engine RPM is to high. But when you start engine and let it run like 10 minutes before you drive it, the car runs smoothly and shift smoothly like no problem at all.Do you think the shift solenoid is bad and needs to be replace? what is shift solenoid D?We have 5 solenoid and its hard to point it out. Any help will be appreciated. I tried to change the transmission fluid and filter but same problem i had, the oil is normal in color and smell, no metal shining on the magnets. Please let me know what you think, appreciate all advice.
