Question

Armrest replacement?

Hey gang I searched but couldn't find anything. My mother informed me the car is running great (its a 99 AWD) but the armrests on the seats are really torn. I am sure this is not a rare problem.

What solutions do you choose? Just replace (any idea cost and can you DIY)? Recover?
