Drag Wheel Setup
what is the smallest diameter wheel that clears the rear brakes of the RCF? 18", 17" ....
Looking to just have a rear set on drag radials for the track but would like to have the most amount of sidewall on the tire available.

I know for sure that 18's will fit on the front. Since the rear rotors are smaller I would guess that a 17" would fit on the rear. I would get a measurement of the needed clearance and then check the inner diameter specs for whatever rims you want. But you also need to be sure that the spokes are going to clear the calipers too at your desired offset. If a 16" rim will clear on one brand it doesn't mean that the spokes on all 16" rims will clear. Some rims have been engineered specifically for large caliper clearance (i.e. TE37's).
It may be best to check some fitments at an aftermarket rim shop to get the smallest diameter possible. Unless you get lucky and someone else has already done the homework and chimes in.

Did you get an answer and mount drag radials yet?

well for now I'm just going to run 305/35R19 MT ET STREET SS drag radials
called Weld Racing for help on fitment and to see if 17" rears will work or if I need to bump up to 18"
