Question Do you get "power hesitation" at 40-45 MPH

My SC400 tends to hesitate somewhat at this speed range. It has actually "bucked" like a bronco when the temp is cool in SWFL in January. Any other owners out there experienced this...my mechanic who is and excellent Lexus factory trained mechanic has felt it in my car and in his wife's LS400 refered me to this site today. He just learned of it himself and suggested I visit. Your thoughts suggestions would be appreciated!!! Thanks.
