Hey man, nice. I don't know too much about using the map ecu on an NA-T, but I do agree that you should switch to the aristo ecu. Something that was made to run boost

MAP-ECU or any other piggyback will not run well with Karmen vortex, which is what the stock 2JZ-GE ECU is. That is why when doing NA-T, I switch to the GTE ECU, Ali SC3 has the write-up, and at the same time I swap out the factory GE auto for a TT auto which is electronically controlled and can hold more power stock, than a fully built GE transmission.

the tranny swap is a little more complicated fried i am actually looking to go with a 5 speed swap. But for now i just had my tranny rebuilt. but what i am gonna do is wire up the gte ecu i found one out of an aristo and hopefully that will do the job.Thanx again and i am open to anymore input. anything that makes the car run better i am open to.

sorry to bring this thread back from the dead but @fried_rice, i`ve come to the conclusion that you know a good deal about running these engines on various ecu`s. Have you ever wired a 1jz on a ms3x system before? If so, how did you get it to start. I have been through various forums with no prevail, i have done the things megasquirt say to do, turn the potentiometers back and etc but still no rpm signal. I`m receiving crank but no cam signal! PLEASE HELP!!!
