Default Harness plate help

So I am really a beginner at all of this but here is my problem so I am doing the harness relocation via the DIY thread it was all going smoothly until

I can not for the love of god get it out of the metal plate. I have already cut some off probably to much honestly but there has got to be a way to get it out & No I WILL NOT zip tie it higher into the fender. Any help would be appreciated.

So as not to damage the rubber which you don't want to do since you want to prevent mud / water from going into the cabin, if you really want to take those plugs through their rubber boots ....label each wire and take each plug pin out one by one from their plug. Big Plugs are not going through the rubber boots without damaging something.
