Default Need Help!!! Sc 400

i have a 1992 lexus sc400 and was driving home one day and both the check engine light and the traction control turned off and wont come back on which typically happens when the check engine light comes on so i read the codes and it came out a DTC 32 which is a airflow meter signal so im thinking possible MAF sensor cuz it has the typical MAF sensor symptoms like hesitating under a load, stalling right after start up, rough idleing, and hesitating under sudden throttle changes. but i have also been reading around and apparently it could also possibly be a O2 sensor problem? or could i have an entirely diffrent problem that i am not yet aware of so i would appriciate the help if u could
