Yea just pretty much disconnect anything connected to it and remember where it goes back. Take the 10mm bolts off the covers and pull covers up, replace gasket, reverse install how you took apart. Also maybe use a dab of silicone on corners of cam caps etc.

I need to change mine this weekend. Was wondering if there were any torque specs on the bolts and where exactly to put the silicone

torque them snug, but not tight. the covers will crack if you over torque them. the sealant goes in the corners of the front where the flat meets the round part of the cam cap on both sides. also, theres a little half moon thing at the back of the head. pry it out, clean it, use new sealant there to put it back in. If you really need a diy for this, that dude was right, you probably shouldn't be doing it. But if you insist, then maybe look for the factory sc repair manual. and follow what it says for the 2jzge, or gte if it's a mk4 manual which might be easier to find online.

Is THIS link helpful? (for future searchers)

Sorry if it is not, I know little to nothing about JZ's but that link seemed to be potentially what he needed (albeit last year).
