I would start with a stock manifold, a sawzall, and then look up the number of a good aluminum welder.
the dimensions of the base plate of the supercharger may help also.
also you have to make sure the placement the belt will go around the upper coolant hose without hitting it.
Its a task to say the least, but you could do the much easier fish bracket supercharger route off the front side of the motor. check it out on Lextreme 1uz supercharger fish bracket. (its like 50x easier).
oh snap I actually found that old thread.

the manifold crosses from side to side, he actually chopped the bottom part a few inches after where the injectors seat (going to want to save that part for the injectors), then he welded on 8 of those custom shorty tubes that curve up into a flat piece, then he welded that up and smoothed it out, then he made that into a plenum and then bolted the supercharger to that.
Its going to be very difficult to get it to clear the stock hood when doing it this way unless you get very nice with the piping or plenum design. that is why the aftermarket cast stuff costs so much it keeps it all in a smaller space and not many people buy it = expensive and not not even available.
here is a pic of one of our moderators cars, and quite a good build thread as well.
I am not sure what manifold that is I can't remember.

If I had to supercharge one of these motors though, this is the most simple and effective way, no need to make any intake modifications whastoever, and its easier to run it through an intercooler.
